7月12日，北京市行業(yè)內(nèi)首部關(guān)于電梯的日常維修保養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)規(guī)范公布。規(guī)范要求，電梯的超載試驗、消防試驗每年至少一次，而且在年檢之前必須確認。
在公布的《電梯維護保養(yǎng)規(guī)則與流程》中，轎廂內(nèi)的按鈕、顯示、開關(guān)、照明和通風都在檢查作業(yè)范圍之內(nèi)，轎廂門開關(guān)動作有無異常、光幕、安全觸板是否靈敏成為檢查重點，這也將避免電梯門“咬人”的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

The first elevator maintenance specifications in Beijing released

Beijing elevator industry has released a training specification for routine maintenance and repairs for elevators on 12th July, which requires elevators to be performed a test for overload and fire protection separately once per year, as a necessary item before the annual inspection.

The new released Regulations and Procedures of Elevator Maintenance And Repairs has covered the testing and examination on buttons, display, switches, lighting and ventilates and focused on acuity of the doors, light curtain and contact panels, reducing accidents of the elevator doors catching the passengers.
