由中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)研究會(huì)住房保障委員會(huì)主辦，CECU8848城市經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院、中標(biāo)集團(tuán)和北京世國(guó)建筑工程研究中心承辦的“綠色建筑與保障性安居工程研討會(huì)”于2015年2月6日在北京中標(biāo)大廈會(huì)議廳舉行。來(lái)自相關(guān)40多家協(xié)會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專家;建筑行業(yè)主管部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo);建筑設(shè)計(jì)單位，房地產(chǎn)投資開(kāi)發(fā)、施工企業(yè);新型綠色建筑材料等單位260多人參加了會(huì)議。會(huì)議由中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)研究會(huì)住房保障委員會(huì)夏子清副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)主持。

住建部住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化促進(jìn)中心劉美霞處長(zhǎng)做了“國(guó)家住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化與建筑現(xiàn)代化政策"的主題報(bào)告;北京市住建委住保辦楊家驥處長(zhǎng)做了“北京市保障房的綠色建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化"的報(bào)告解讀國(guó)家保障房最新政策及法規(guī);中國(guó)小康促進(jìn)中心城鎮(zhèn)化處處長(zhǎng)8848研究員黃永剛演講了“2015中國(guó)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)之綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)”;最后,中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)研究會(huì)住房保障委員會(huì)趙路興秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)做了:我國(guó)“十三五”保障房建設(shè)重點(diǎn)與政策,透析了“十三五”有關(guān)保障性安居工程的建設(shè)目標(biāo)及建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引導(dǎo)保障性安居工程發(fā)展綠色建筑，推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程中保障房向綠色建筑領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。

專家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從多個(gè)方面闡述了綠色建筑對(duì)能源、對(duì)環(huán)境、對(duì)當(dāng)今中國(guó)發(fā)展的重要性，國(guó)家保障性安居工程及住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化將全面向綠化建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展，其中不僅包括建筑的綠色發(fā)展方向，也包括建材的綠色發(fā)展方向。2015年綠色的需求會(huì)從人們對(duì)食品的需求、對(duì)環(huán)境的需求、對(duì)建筑的需求等多方面促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展。至2020年我國(guó)綠色建筑將增加50%，綠色趨勢(shì)將引領(lǐng)今年乃至未來(lái)的建筑、建材發(fā)展方向。

Green Building Marks Development Trend in Architecture and Building Materials

sponsored by China Real Estate Research Association, the Seminar on Green Building and Social Housing Projects， undertaken by CECU8848 Urban Economic Research Institution, China Standard Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd.,, has been held in the China CSSTGC Building on 6th, February, 2015. The attendants are more that 260 people, including leaders from over 40 associations, architectural design, investment and construction companies and delegates from green building materials, with Xia Ziqing, the Vice General Secretary of China Real Estate Research Association, hosting the conference.
Experts and leaders have demonstrated the significance of green building and materials to China, from the aspect of energy, environment and even to the comprehensive development of the nation. The year of 2015 will witness an overall ‘green’ demand pouring to food, environment and architecture. And our country holds an aim of adding the numbers of green building by 50% by 2020, which is a definite developing trend in 2015 or even in the future.
