        為貫徹落實(shí)國務(wù)院關(guān)于深化“放管服”改革和“證照分離”的總體要求，推進(jìn)特種設(shè)備行政許可改革，規(guī)范特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)（設(shè)計(jì)、制造、安裝、改造、修理）和充裝單位許可工作，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備安全法》《中華人民共和國行政許可法》《特種設(shè)備安全監(jiān)察條例》等有關(guān)法律法規(guī)，市場監(jiān)管總局制定了《特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)和充裝單位許可規(guī)則》（TSG 07—2019），現(xiàn)予批準(zhǔn)發(fā)布施行。
