繼2020年2月27日蒂森克虜伯監(jiān)事會決定將以172億歐元的價格整體銷售電梯業(yè)務至由安宏資本、盛峰資本和RAG基金會組成的私募基金聯(lián)合體之后,蒂森克虜伯電梯業(yè)務重要的部分--蒂森克虜伯中國區(qū)制造迎來標準化戰(zhàn)略調整。
據(jù)知情人士透露,
蒂森克虜伯電梯中國區(qū)制造合同工程管理部于3月1日起實行新的管理架構,以改善中國區(qū)制造的營運效率、簡化流程,為整體贏利做出貢獻。
標準化是蒂森克虜伯電梯中國區(qū)制造的一項關鍵戰(zhàn)略,為了進一步提高合同工程業(yè)務的標準化和自動化,改善中國區(qū)制造的營運效率,新的管理架構體現(xiàn)了以亞太區(qū)領導為首,以功能模塊矩陣化扁平式的管理方式為主。
蒂森克虜伯電梯上海松江工廠和廣東中山工廠的合同工程團隊將統(tǒng)一歸入中國區(qū)制造合同工程管理部。
通過整合合同工程資源,統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范合同工程解決方案,提高合同配置的自動化程度,優(yōu)化合同工程的各項流程,不斷提升整體工作效率。
調整后,中國區(qū)層面得到最大化的有效利用,流程簡化。
蒂森克虜伯電梯技術業(yè)務以172億歐元出售給由安宏資本、盛峰資本和RAG基金會組成的聯(lián)合財團。該交易將在本財政年度結束前完成(2020年6月30日前)。交易收益將為蒂森克虜伯今后轉型鋪平道路。
無論在外部出售還是內部調整,蒂森克虜伯電梯轉型已然開始。
Thyssenkrupp China Sees Adjustment of Standardization Strategy
Thyssenkrupp announced on Feb. 27th that it decided to sell Elevator Technology business for €17.2 billion to consortium of bidders led by Advent, Cinven and RAG foundation. After that, thyssenkrupp China will experience an adjustment of standardization strategy
It’s said that manufacturing engineering management department of thyssenkrupp would start a new management structure since March 1st, in order to improve operating efficiency and streamline process, according to source.
And thyssenkrupp China is expected to achieved the maximum of efficiency and streamlining.
Closing of the elevator transaction is expected by the end of the current fiscal year. With the sale, we are paving the way for thyssenkrupp to become successful.
Anyway, thyssenkrupp has started its transformation by selling elevator business and internal adjustment.
