紐約的曼哈頓、倫敦的金融城，巴黎的拉德芳斯、東京的新宿……能夠屹立于繁華都會舞臺之上的超級大都市，都是因為每座城市的背后，有著堪稱城市發(fā)展引擎的CBD和代表這座城市的摩天樓群。

在濟(jì)南的CBD，規(guī)劃了象征“山、泉、湖、河、城”元素的五座超高層塔樓，被稱為“五指山”。其中，高達(dá)360米的平安金融中心代表了“河”元素。

9月底，濟(jì)南平安金融中心工程入選“十三五”國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃示范工程，通力將為其提供60臺電梯和14臺自動扶梯。

濟(jì)南平安金融中心主塔樓高360米，共70層，是集5A甲級辦公樓、五星級酒店、精品商業(yè)購物中心于一身的城市綜合體。

目前，濟(jì)南平安金融中心是濟(jì)南在建第二高樓、山東第四高樓。

濟(jì)南平安金融中心雄踞濟(jì)南中央商務(wù)區(qū)中心區(qū)域。該項目的建設(shè)將對加快濟(jì)南中央商務(wù)區(qū)的開發(fā)、提升城市形象產(chǎn)生積極而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。

KONE wins order to equip JiNan PingAn IFC tower in China

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, will deliver elevators and escalators to JiNan PingAn IFC, a new mixed-use development in the capital of Shandong province in eastern China. Rising up to 360 meters and comprising 70 storeys, JiNan PingAn IFC will become the second highest building in Jinan and include office space, a hotel, and a high-end shopping center.
