位于浙江省諸暨大橋東路50弄的七建公寓，基本都是沒有電梯的6層樓。酈先生家住6樓，父母住5樓。早前，母親腿上動過手術(shù)，上下樓不方便。酈先生心疼父母，便花幾十萬元裝了一部直達(dá)5樓的觀光電梯。電梯造好了，可與原先說的有區(qū)別，離大樓的距離近了不少，十幾年的老鄰居不樂意了。當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)劃部門稱，先讓酈先生與鄰居協(xié)商，協(xié)商不成，就拆掉?！叭涡浴钡尼B先生花了600多萬元，加價將整個單元的房子都買下了。

酈先生的一位鄰居稱，其實剛開始，酈先生說要為腿上動過手術(shù)的母親造電梯，大家都是理解的，可后來發(fā)現(xiàn)電梯不僅沒有按照當(dāng)初承諾的造，原本離樓5米的距離，變成了離樓1.6米。“方案換了，我們肯定不同意?！笔虑轸[僵了，樓下的住戶陳老伯甚至說，“要么拆了電梯，要么就將樓下所有的房子都買去?！?/p>

說起來，這位酈先生還真的有幾分“任性”。他果真花了600多萬元將樓下的四層樓全買了。這樣，整個單元都屬于他們家，自己怎么造電梯，就不會有人說了。
