杭州四秀青精品女裝部向媒體投訴，說13臺(tái)與西子奧的斯杭州分公司簽訂的電梯維保合同。

按常理，維修保養(yǎng)一臺(tái)電梯大約需要35分鐘，而7月的一個(gè)維保工從進(jìn)了電梯維保門，到維保結(jié)束，全部的電梯維保一次只用了一個(gè)小時(shí)。令他們對(duì)維保產(chǎn)生了懷疑。

另外，5月份的時(shí)候，一部扶梯轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸還出現(xiàn)過問題，三分之二都已經(jīng)磨損了，這肯定是經(jīng)過長時(shí)間的磨損。

經(jīng)西子奧的斯回復(fù)說，經(jīng)查，涉事的技師確實(shí)是沒有按照規(guī)定做維保，也沒有獲得電梯管理方面人員的簽字確認(rèn)，在工作中存在弄虛作假，現(xiàn)在已被開除。西子奧的斯還表示，他們已經(jīng)連續(xù)五年獲得了五星級(jí)的保單評(píng)定，絕對(duì)不允許危害乘客安全，弄虛作假的事情發(fā)生。

如果維保只是做表面文章，而內(nèi)部缺乏糾錯(cuò)的機(jī)制，出了問題就找個(gè)人背鍋的話，那這些聚合的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)總有一天會(huì)暴發(fā)，那個(gè)時(shí)候就是責(zé)任事故了。

Xizi Otis Hangzhou Branch involved in falsifying elevator maintenance and the worker got fired

The Women's wear department of Hangzhou Sixiuqing has signed an elevator maintenance contract with the Hangzhou Branch of Xizi Otis for its 13 sets of elevators. Generally speaking, it takes around 35 minutes to maintain and repair one piece of equipment, while the work in July has just cost an hour.

Allegedly the responsible worker didn't finished his work in accordance to the stipulation and his maintenance report wasn't confirmed by the elevator supervisor. He has been fired for falsifying his work.

We have to say that if elevator maintenance is nothing but a show and there 's no internal correction mechanism to remedy, it will lead to more than a liability accident. The remaining problems and risks would never disappear if the real responsible party just blame it to someone else.
