日前，合肥市經(jīng)開區(qū)藍(lán)色湖畔小區(qū)多位居民向本報(bào)反映：該小區(qū) 2棟樓經(jīng)常發(fā)生電梯故障，有時(shí)電梯長時(shí)間“癱瘓”，住戶只能步行上下樓，老年人累得腰酸背疼。有時(shí)候電梯開關(guān)和運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生震顫，給老人孩子造成驚嚇，存在安全隱患。他們向物業(yè)部門反映過，但一直沒有得到有效解決。

本報(bào)將群眾來信轉(zhuǎn)給經(jīng)開區(qū)蓮花社區(qū)，近日收到回復(fù)。

回復(fù)稱：藍(lán)色湖畔小區(qū)始建于2003年，2008年1號(hào)樓、2號(hào)樓高層交房。

自2016年6月起，小區(qū)1號(hào)樓、2號(hào)樓電梯就陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)零配件損壞、停運(yùn)等各種情況。物業(yè)公司為確保不影響業(yè)主們出行，一直不斷出資維修。

截至2017年2月，零星維修費(fèi)用達(dá)4萬多元，勉強(qiáng)使用到2017年7月。

但隨著時(shí)間推移，加上電梯本身質(zhì)量問題，有些零配件已停產(chǎn)，只能進(jìn)行徹底大修，更換零配件及系統(tǒng)才能恢復(fù)使用，費(fèi)用經(jīng)預(yù)算高達(dá)幾十萬元。

蓮花社區(qū)用了2個(gè)月時(shí)間，才將維修資金申報(bào)下來，目前施工合同已由蓮花社區(qū)管理委員會(huì)和施工單位簽訂，維修施工即將全面竣工結(jié)束。

目前，蓮花社區(qū)內(nèi)的部分小區(qū)已試行申請維修基金解決電梯故障問題，并取得一定效果。

以后，蓮花社區(qū)將積極與合肥市經(jīng)開區(qū)房產(chǎn)中心、合肥市維修基金管理處達(dá)成共識(shí)，以解決小區(qū)電梯屢發(fā)故障的問題。

Heifu residential community elevators to face overhaul and spend tens of thousands yuan because of elevator components discontinued

A residential community in Hefei, Anhui, has seen the parts and components of its elevators damaged and elevator equipment off-stream in the 8 years of its service time. The total of the maintenance and repair cost has reached over 40000 yuan by July, 2017. As some of the parts and components have been discontinued, the elevators should be overhauled and the budget will be tens of thousands yuan. The equipment would not be resume operations until the parts and systems are replaced.
