由浙江省特檢院編寫的《電梯安裝維修工國家職業(yè)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》通過國家人社部終審。

據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，截至2017年底，我國電梯總量達(dá)562.7萬臺，已成為全球電梯使用量第一、年增加量第一和制造產(chǎn)量第一的國家。電梯安全事關(guān)人民群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全，事關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的和諧穩(wěn)定，事關(guān)國家安全生產(chǎn)大局，電梯安裝維修工就是從事電梯設(shè)備制造、安裝、改造、調(diào)試、維修、保養(yǎng)及外圍設(shè)備保障的操作及維護(hù)人員。介于該工種的重要性和特殊性，2017年，人社部首次將電梯安裝維修工列入國家職業(yè)資格目錄，并交由浙江省人社廳負(fù)責(zé)編寫事宜。受浙江省人社廳委托，浙江省特檢院組織全國知名電梯專家，進(jìn)行了企業(yè)調(diào)研、編寫組近一年的努力，于8月完成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)初稿并順利通過初審，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在全國網(wǎng)上征求意見并于2018年9月29日通過國家人社部終審。

《電梯安裝維修工國家職業(yè)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》將電梯安裝維修工劃分為五個等級：五級/初級工、四級/中級工、三級/高級工、二級/技師、一級/高級技師；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將結(jié)束電梯安裝維修工無等級、無題庫、無考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)狀，電梯安裝維修工技能將有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可依。

National vocational skill standard for elevator finally approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security

The National vocational skill standard for elevator installation and maintenance technician, written by Zhejiang Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, has been finally approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

The Standard has divided installation and maintenance technicians into 5 classes as the 5th class for primary workers, the 4th class for medium-class workers, the 3rd class for superior workers, the 2nd class for technicians and the 1st class for senior technician. The Standard would end the years of no classification, no test bank, no assessment criteria for elevator installation and maintenance technicians and their skills would be graded according to standards.
