在地震來襲前,電梯地震感知器可以檢測到地震波,通過電梯控制系統(tǒng)使電梯盡快在最近的樓層平層開門,使乘客及時撤離。這樣的電梯地震預警目前在四川少數電梯上得到應用。
在近年歷次地震中,由于地震時電梯仍在運行,導致電梯破壞、乘客被困等情況,對人員及時撤離造成影響。汶川地震六個重災區(qū)的近5萬臺電梯中就有2萬多臺受損,近千臺電梯報廢或需重大維修;2014年康定地震中,發(fā)生乘客被困電梯2個小時的情況。
地震感知器有機械式和電子式兩種
在地震中一般電梯對重會從導軌中脫離、轎廂損壞、電機移動、導靴損壞等,導致電梯困人或傷人。
在日本、美國、歐洲,地震多發(fā)國家或地區(qū),電梯中必須安裝地震感知器,提前感知地震波,在大地震來臨前,控制電梯就近平層,避免電梯懸停在樓層之間,持續(xù)敞開電梯門,保障乘客及時安全撤離。
我國電梯標準委員會也在地震中的電梯標準做出了技術指導和相應的規(guī)定,但由于價格競爭等因素,地震帶上的電梯也未能普及,人員財產的保障相對缺乏,有待進一步推廣應用。

Seismic Sensor in Elevator Should be Widely Applied in Earthquake Zone
Normal elevators are to suffer problems as derailment, car damage, motor movement, guide shoe damage, etc. in earthquakes which may cause passengers trapped or injured.
Seismic sensors are required to apply to elevators in earthquake-prone countries and regions like Japan, America and the European area, so that the elevator can sense seismic wave in advance, drive the elevator car to the nearest floor, and open the doors to let passengers evacuate safely.
Chinese Elevator Standard Committee has also released some technology guidance and relevant regulations in case of elevators in earthquakes, while unfortunately, such sensors are not popular in seismic zone and residents’ life and property safe are under little security, due to price competition and more reasons.Such circumstances calls for immediate solution and seismic sensors should be widely applied especially in seismic zone.
